    5. 1/2 lb Lentils; cooked

    6. 1 Onion; diced

    7. 1 Garlic clove; pressed

    8. 3 c Wine, white

    9. 1 T Basil

    10. 1/2 ts Thyme

    11. 4 T Parsley

    12. 1 T Lemon juice

    13. 4 T Oil

    14. 2 Tomato wedges

    15. 1/2 Lettuce, iceberg; washed

    16. Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer three minutes. Remove

    17. from heat; add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce

    18. leaves.
