  1. Preparation : combine butter and water in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat to a boil add flour and salt, all at once heat and stir, over a low flame, until mixture pulls away from sides to form a ball remove from heat beat in 1 egg, until smooth beat in remaining eggs, one at a time, until smooth continue to beat until the mixture is no longer shiny drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes remove from heat to cool away from drafts fill as desired
