  1. 6 tsp. tea leaves

  2. 12 sprigs mint

  3. Dash cayenne pepper

  4. 1 pint boiling water

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 1/2 cup lemon juice

  7. 3 1/4 cups water

  1. Combine tea, mint and cayenne in a bowl and add boiling water. Steep, covered, for 15 minutes.

  2. Strain, then add sugar and lemon juice and chill.

  3. Just before serving add an equal amount of water (3 1/4 cups). May also be serve hot.
