  5. 2 tb Creamy peanut butter

  6. 1/2 c Chicken broth

  7. 2 tb Soy sauce

  8. 1 tb Lemon juice

  9. 1 tb Minced onion

  10. 2 Serrano chile peppers,

  11. -seeded and minced

  12. 1/4 ts Brown sugar

  13. 18 Fresh asparagus spears, cut -into 1-inch pieces

  14. 1/2 Medium-size red bell pepper,

  15. -cut into strips

  16. 1/2 c Sliced green onions

  17. 8 oz Angel hair pasta, cooked

  18. Garnish: blanched fresh

  19. -asparagus spears

  20. Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring

  21. constantly. Remove from heat, and keep warm. Saute asparagus and bell

  22. pepper in a nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray 3 minutes

  23. or until tender. Add green onions; saute until tender. Toss with pasta and peanut butter sauce. Serve warm. Garnish, if desired. --
