  1. 1 cup Lacteeze 1%, 2% or Skim milk

  2. 250 mL

  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 15 mL

  5. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  6. 550 mL

  7. 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

  8. 12 mL

  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  10. 1/2 tsp salt

  11. 2 mL

  12. 1/2 cup Gay Lea Butter

  13. 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  14. 125 mL

  15. Instructions :

  16. 15 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add butter and cut into flour with pastry blender until the texture of coarse meal. Stir in dried cranberries. Stir in milk to moisten dry ingredients. Roll out on floured surface to
