  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh parsley

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive or vegetable oil

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry vermouth

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Soft bread crumbs - combined with

  8. 1/4 tablespoon 3.8ml Melted margarine Paprika - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine garlic, salt, parsley, oil, and vermouth in a medium bowl. Stir in scallops. Spoon scallop mixture into 4 shells, small baking dishes or ramekins and place them on a baking sheet. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture and paprika on top and broil until lightly browned (approximately 3 minutes more). This recipe yields 4 servings.
