  1. 1 8 or 9" graham cracker crust -- unbaked

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 4 3 oz. pkgs cream cheese -- softened

  4. 1 3 oz. pkg. pistachio pudding mix

  5. 1 c. sour cream

  6. --SOUR CREAM TOPPING:-- 1 c. sour cream

  7. 4 tbsp. powdered sugar

  8. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  9. 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread on *Sour Cream Topping and bake

  10. 5 additional minutes. Cool, then chill

  11. 4 to 5 hours. Yields

  12. 8 servings.
