  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  3. 2 cups 474ml Water

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Oil

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine vinegar

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Turmeric

  9. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Spinach

  10. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Sliced green onion

  11. 4 Crumbled slices crisp Bacon

  1. Recipe Instructions Simmer rice, covered, in salted water until rice is done. Drain. Combine oil, vinegar, soy, pepper, turmeric. Stir into the still warm rice. TEAR the spinach into small pieces. Toss spinach, onion and bacon into the rice. Eat it as a cold salad, or warm as a side dish.
