  1. 8 eggs, hard boiled, shelled, sliced

  2. 1/4 stalk celery, washed, cut in small pieces

  3. 12 oysters, off the shell

  4. 1 tablespoon butter

  5. 1/3 cup cream Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil the celery in salted water for 18 minutes. Drain off water. Put celery, cream, butter, seasonings, oysters, and hard boiled eggs in a sauce pan. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes.
