  1. 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

  2. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

  3. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  9. 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160°. Yield: 4 servings.
