  1. 1 packet shrimp noodle

  2. Fish sauce

  3. Vinegar

  4. For the sauce:

  5. 2 tsp sugar

  6. 2 tsp vinegar

  7. 2 tsp fish sauce

  8. 1 tsp chillies (chopped)

  1. Directions Soak the noodles in warm water for 15 minutes.

  2. Take a pan and boil water. Add the soaked noodles. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Cut cucumber into bite size pieces and grate carrots. Place the vegetables over the cooked noodles. Mix all the ingredients for sauce together in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the noodles and the vegetables. Garnish with roasted and ground peanuts.
