  1. 4 To 6 rib pork chops cut at -least

  2. 1 inch thick 1 c Very fine soft bread crumbs

  3. 1 tb Onion juice

  4. 1/2tb Finely chopped parsley

  5. 1 pn Of thyme

  6. 1/4ts Salt

  7. 1/8ts Pepper

  1. + Directions : just enough hot water to moisten Have an incision made in the chops, thus forming a pocket. Mix the remaining ingredients and stuff into the chops. Fasten the pocket shut with a toothpick. Lay the stuffed chops in a baking dish or pan, bake 10 minutes in oven 450. Reduce the heat to 350, add 1/2 cup boiling water and bake about 40 minutes more, or until the chops are done. Arrange on a hot platter and garnish with blushing apples, glazed pineapple rings, or small molds of cranberry jelly and parsley. NOTE: If there is much fat on the chops most of it should be trimmed off before baking. This amount will serve four persons.
