  1. 1 c Creamed cottage cheese

  2. 2 tb Lemon juice

  3. 1/2 ts Onion powder

  4. 1 c Chopped cooked shrimp*

  5. 1/2 c Chopped pistachio nuts

  1. *substitute: 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) tiny shrimp, Rinsed and drained.

  2. Place cottage cheese, lemon juice and onion powder in blender or food processor.

  3. Cover and blend on high speed about 2 minutes, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, or process, 30 seconds or until smooth.

  4. Pour into small bowl.

  5. Stir in shrimp and nuts.

  6. Cover and refrigerat at least 1 hour.

  7. Serve with assorted crackers or ruffled potato chips if desired.

  8. ABOUT 2 CUPS SPREAD; 20 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.
