  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. 1/4 cup Olive oil

  3. 1 tbs Parsley , chopped

  4. 1 tsp Basil (dry)

  5. 1/2 tsp Oregano (dry)

  6. 3 clove s Garlic, minced

  7. 1 tsp Salt

  8. 1 tbs Lemon Juice

  9. 1 lb Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook rice according to directions on package. Peel and devein shrimp. Place shrimp in a shallow baking dish. In a mixing bowl (or measuring cup), combine melted butter, add oil, parsley, dry sesonings, garlic and lemon juice. Cover shrimp with mixture and bake for 3.5 minutes. Change oven setting to broil and cook another 3.5 minutes (or until slightly browned). Serve over rice.
