  1. 4 450 g 2 30 ml 30 ml 2 1 small bunch 1/4 teaspoon Green mangoes Limes, rind and juiced Sugar Nuoc cham Green Thai chilies, seeded and finely sliced Fresh coriander (cilantro), stalks removed, finely chopped Salt

  1. : Peel, halve and stone (pit) the mangoes, and slice them into thin strips. In a bowl, mix together the lime juice and rind, sugar and nuoc cham. Add the mango strips with the chilies and coriander. Add salt to taste and leave to stand for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle before serving.
