  1. 1 lb Fresh spinach

  2. 1 c Dairy sour cream

  3. 1/2 c Plain yogurt

  4. 1/2 c Finely chopped fresh parsley

  5. 1/4 c Chopped green onions

  6. 1 t Salt Fresh ground pepper to taste

  1. Preparation : 1>. Remove stems and tough bits from spinach. Boil or steam until wilted. Drain thouroghly and chop.

  2. . Combine spinach, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, green onion, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
