  1. 2 Ripe avocados, (preferably Haas with The pebbly skin)

  2. 1 Garlic clove - mashed to paste (large)

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lime juice - (to 4 tbspns)

  4. 1 Jalapeno - or to taste, Seeded and minced

  5. 2 Vine-ripened tomatoes - seeded, chopped fine

  6. 1 Red onion - chopped fine (small)

  7. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Finely-chopped cilantro leaves Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Halve and pit avocados and scoop flesh into a large bowl. Mash avocado with a fork and stir in remaining ingredients, combining well. Chill covered with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. Stir guacamole well and serve with tortilla chips. This recipe yields about 3 cups.
