    1. 1 lb Fresh tofu

    2. 3 tb Natural syrup

    3. 1/2 ts Vanilla extract or flavoring

    4. -of choice

    5. 3 tb Almond buter or sesame

    6. -tahini

    7. Soymilk (add as needed)

    1. Bill tofu in water for 10 minutes.

    2. Drain the tofu and let it cool.

    3. Blend the tofu and the rest of the ingredients into a blender or food processor until smooth.

    4. If the "whipped cream" is too thick, add soymlk sparingly.

    5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

    6. Makes 1 cup.
