  8. 1 1/2 cups Bread flour (7 oz)

  9. 3/4 cup All purpose flour (3 1/2 oz)

  10. 3 tablespoons Sugar

  11. 2 tablespoons Dry milk

  12. 1 teaspoon Salt

  13. 2 1/2 tablespoons Butter

  14. 3/4 cup Water

  15. 1 teaspoon Dry yeast

  16. TOPPINGS:

  17. 3 ounces Semi sweet chocolate -- melted

  18. 1/2 cup Blanched almonds -- chopped

  19. 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  20. 1/2 cup Whipped cream

  21. 1/2 cup Cinnamon sugar (2 3/4 oz)

  22. 1. Place first 6 ingredients inside the bread pan. Add water. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. SELECT: BASIC DOUGH MODE. Press start.

  23. (Breadmaker completes the basic dough mode 2 hours and 25 minutes later) 2.

  24. 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.

  31. 7. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
