  1. ZUCCHINI WITH GARLIC SAUCE

  2. 800 g zucchini

  3. freshly ground pepper

  4. flour

  5. olive oil to fry

  6. 4 mashed potatoes

  7. 8 tblsp olive oil

  8. salt

  9. 4 cloves peeled and crushed garlic

  10. 4 tblsp herb vinegar Cut zucchini in slices, add some salt and pepper, turn in flour

  11. and bake in the olive oil.

  12. Boil potatoes with skin, then peel them. Put them together with

  13. olive oil, salt, garlic and vinegar and knead them together. If

  14. it's to dry add some more oil and vinegar. Season with salt to

  15. taste. Note: It is better to prepare the garlic sauce in advance because

  16. it is served cold together with the hot zucchini.
