    1. 1 c Bisquick

    2. 1/3 c Light cream

    3. 1 lb Hamburger

    4. 2 ea Med. onions

    5. 1 ts Salt

    6. 1/4 ts Pepper

    7. 1/2 ts Flavor extender

    8. 2 tb Bisquick

    9. 2 ea Eggs

    10. 1 c Cottage cheese

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Heat oven to 375 F.

    2. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times.

    3. Roll dough to fit 9 " pie plate.

    4. Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate.

    5. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese.
