  1. 1 package(s) Fresh Cranberries

  2. 4 large Apples , Cored but do not peel.

  3. 2 large Oranges , Use the peel of at least one of the oranges

  4. 1/2 cup(s) Sugar

  5. 1/2 cup(s) Chopped Waluts or Pecans

  1. Wash and dry fruit thoroughly.

  2. Cut the cored apples and oranges into approximately 2'' cubes.

  3. Place cranberries, apples and oranges in food processer and ''chop''...or grind in grinder, to consistency of pickle relish.

  4. Pour into bowl and mix with sugar (add a little more sugar if you like)

  5. Mix in chopped nuts and chill well before serving.

  6. Relish will keep nicely for several days in the refrigerator.
