  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1 3/4 c chicken broth

  3. 1/2 c orange juice

  4. 1/2 c chopped onion

  5. 1 c uncooked regular long-grain white rice

  6. 3 T chopped fresh parsley

  1. Cook the chicken in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.

  2. Add the broth, orange juice, onion and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat 10 min.

  3. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until the chicken and rice are cooked. Stir in parsley
