  6. 3 1/2 C Uncooked Bow Tie Or Rotini Pasta -- (7 Oz)

  7. 1 C Frozen peas

  8. 6 Oz Turkey ham, sliced thin & -- Cut Into Thin Strips

  9. 6 Oz Light cream cheese (3/4 c)

  10. 1/2 C Skim or 1% milk

  11. 1. In a large saucepan, cook pasta to desired doneness. Add frozen

  12. peas to the last 6 minutes of cooking time, and add the ham to the

  13. last 1 minute of cooking time. Drain; return to pan.

  14. 2. In a small bowl with a wire whisk, combine the softened cream

  15. cheese and milk; stir into hot cooked pasta mixture. Cook and stir

  16. over medium low heat 1-2 minutes or just until thoroughly heated.

  17. Servings: 4 (1 1/4 cup) servings
