  5. 24 Gluten-fr.unbaked tartshells

  6. FILLING

  7. 1 c Cooked white kidney beans

  8. 1/2 c Maple syrup

  9. 2 Eggs

  10. 1/3 c Brown sugar

  11. 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted

  12. 1/2 c Raisins

  13. NOTE: Gluten-free pastry made with bean flour is

  14. lower in fat than regular pastry.

  15. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a food

  16. processor or blender. Divide raisins evenly among tart

  17. shells. Pour filling over raisins, filling

  18. medium-size tart shells 3/4 full.

  19. 350 F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden

  20. brown and filling set. Makes 24 tarts.
