  2. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  5. 5 ounces apple-cinnamon jelly

  6. 1/2 pork tenderloin, cut into four medallions

  7. 4 slices bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 375 f.

  2. Mix garlic, sugar, cumin, cinnamon and jelly together in a small bowl.

  3. Add pork medallions. Coat the meat thoroughly with the jelly mixture.

  4. Wrap the bacon around the coated pork. Pin with toothpicks.

  5. bake in foil wrapped baking dish for an hour. ?
