Snickers Pie

Preheat oven to 200C.

Place puff pastry sheets together and roll out to 3-4 mm thick. Place in a 20 cm tart tin.

Beat mascarpone, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each one.

Fold in chopped Snickers bars and pour into tart tin.

Bake at 200C for 10 minutes then a further 25 minutes at 180C or until golden and set.

Allow to cool before serving.
