  1. 2 sheets puff

  2. 140 g mascarpone

  3. 110 g cream

  4. 50 g caster

  5. 3 5 x 53 g Snickers bars,

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Place puff pastry sheets together and roll out to 3-4 mm thick. Place in a 20 cm tart tin.

  3. Beat mascarpone, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each one.

  5. Fold in chopped Snickers bars and pour into tart tin.

  6. Bake at 200C for 10 minutes then a further 25 minutes at 180C or until golden and set.

  7. Allow to cool before serving.
