  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground ginger

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  7. 1 cup 237ml Orange - juiced (small)

  8. 1 Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick and serve warm. This recipe yields 6 servings.
