  1. 1/2 cup T. Marzetti Lite Raspberry Cabernet Dressing

  2. 1/2 cup pistachios

  3. 1 (5-ounce) package spring mix salad greens or favorite greens

  4. 5 ounces Brie, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch pieces

  5. 1 (6-ounce) package fresh raspberries (or 1 cup)

  1. Toast pistachios in 350°F (175°C) oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool. Chop coarsely. Divide salad greens among 6 plates. Sprinkle with nuts, cheese and raspberries. Drizzle with lite raspberry cabernet dressing evenly over each salad. Serve immediately.
