  1. 600 g 1/2 tbsp Premium Dark Soy Sauce

  2. 1/2 tbsp Sauce Mix Plum Sauce

  3. 6 tbsp Sugar

  4. 1 tbsp Water

  5. 500 ml

  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade. Stir-fry spare ribs in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Add sauce mix and cook over low heat for about 1 hour until sauce thickens.
