  1. 1 c. Real Mayonnaise

  2. 1 1/2 c. sour cream

  3. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained

  4. 1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup & Recipe mix

  5. 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

  6. 3 green onions, chopped

  1. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover. Chill. Best results made 24 hours in advance. Makes 3 cups.

  2. Serve with crackers or hollow out pumpernickel bread (use extra bread and cut in cubes to serve dip on).
