  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  2. 3 Garlic - minced

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry white wine

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Canned tomatoes, drained - seeded and chopped

  5. 20 X-large shrimp - shelled and deveined

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Torn fresh basil Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine oil and garlic in large deep nonreactive skillet or saute pan. cook over low heat 2 minutes or until garlic begins to sizzle. Do not brown. Add wine. Increase heat to high and boil 3 minutes or until reduced by half. Add tomatoes, shrimp and half the basil. Cook, stirrng, 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque through to center. Season with sal and pepper. Garnish with remaining basil.
