  1. Minced lamb 1/2 kg.

  2. Cumin seeds 1tsp.

  3. Eggs 2

  4. Cardamom 4

  5. Onion 1

  6. Chopped

  7. Cinnamon 1 (1") piece

  8. Green chillies 5

  9. Minced

  10. Peppercorns 6

  11. Ginger 1 (1") piece

  12. Red chilli 4

  13. Garlic 10 cloves

  14. Ghee 2 cups.

  15. Gram dhal 1/2 cup

  16. Salt to taste

  1. Boil the minced meat and the gram dhal in 3 cups of water and salt.

  2. Cook until the meat is tender and all the liquid has completely evaporated.

  3. Grind the meat with, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, red chilli and pepper corns. [Check for salt]

  4. Mix the ground meat with slightly beaten eggs, chopped onion and minced green chillies.

  5. Take a tablespoon of the meat mixture and form into round flat kebabs and deep fry in hot ghee.
