    1. Mango Custard Pie

    2. 9 inch pie plate with pastry and bake at

    3. 400 F for 5 min.

    4. Remove from oven and fill with the following prepared custard

    5. mixture.

    6. 2 cups mango puree

    7. 1 Tbsp. lime juice

    8. 1/4 cup sifted flour

    9. 1/4 cup evaporated milk

    10. 3/4 cup sugar

    11. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    12. 2 eggs beaten Return to oven (350 F) and bake for 30 min more.
