  3. 4 ripe figs , halved

  4. 100g Gorgonzola or dolcelatte , roughly sliced

  5. 6 slices prosciutto

  6. 2 handfuls watercress , woody stems removed

  1. Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season. Arrange the figs, cheese, prosciutto and watercress on two plates.

  2. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
