  2. Halved, seeds removed

  3. 2 cups Shredded lettuce

  4. 2 cups Cooked shrimp, shelled and Deveined

  5. 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts

  6. 16 Cherry tomatoes halved

  7. Parsley for garnish

  8. 1 Lemon cut into wedges

  9. French dressing

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. On 4 salad plates, place avocado half on bed of shredded lettuce, spoon ½ c shrimp into cavity of each.

  2. Arrange alfalfa sprouts and tomatoes on plate next to avocado.
