  1. FRESH PEACH PIE

  2. 3 cups flour

  3. 1 cup cooking oil

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/4 cup sugar

  6. 1/4 cup milk

  7. 2 cups water

  8. 1 cup sugar

  9. 6 tablespoons cornstarch

  10. 4 tablespoons light corn syrup

  11. 6-oz. pkg. peach gelatin

  12. 10 -12 fresh peaches

  13. Combine flour, oil, salt, sugar and milkand mix well. Divide dough

  14. 2 greased 9-inch square baking pans. Bake

  15. 400 for 10-15 minutes.

  16. Combine water, sugar, cornstarch and syrup in a saucepan. Bring to

  17. a boil and cook until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.

  18. Remove from heat and measure exactly 4 tablespoons peach gelatin

  19. into mixture. Stir and cool slightly. Core, peel and dice peaches.

  20. Fold into gelatin mixture. Divide mixture evenly between 2 baking

  21. dishes. Cool and serve.
