  2. 1 clove garlic

  3. 2 avocados

  4. 2 tomatoes

  5. 2 Tbs lemon juice

  6. 1 tsp Mexican chilli powder

  7. 2 slices naan or Persian bread

  8. Crush and peel garlic. Rub the garlic around the inside of a small

  9. mixing bowl. Cut avocados in half and remove the stones and peel.

  10. Place the avocados in the bowl. Mash with a fork. Cut tomatoes

  11. in half, remove the seeds and core. Chop the flesh finely and mix

  12. into the avocado with lemon juice and chilli powder. Spread the

  13. avocado mixture over each piece of naan bread. Roll up like a

  14. sponge roll. Cut into 2cm pieces.
