  1. + Peel grapefruit.

  2. Cut 1/2 the peel in thin strips.

  3. Discard remainder.

  4. Cover with boiling water.

  5. Let stand 10 minutes.

  6. Drain.

  7. Cover with cold water.

  8. Let stand 1/2 hour.

  9. Add diced pulp of grapefruit, orange, and lemon.

  10. Cover with cold water.

  11. Let stand 24 hours.

  12. Boil slowly 1 hour.

  13. Add sugar.

  14. Stir until dissolved.

  15. Let stand 24 hours.

  16. Boil slowly until juice sheets from spoon.
