  1. 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice dash salt

  2. 1/2 cup orange juice

  3. 24 marshmallows -- quartered

  4. 1 cup heavy cream -- whipped

  5. 20 vanilla wafer cookies

  1. Preparation : Combine fruit juices and salt; bring to a boil. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Alternate layers of marshmallow mixture and wafers in refrigerator tray, using wafers for bottom and top layers. Chill until firm. Cut in squares.
