  1. 475 g rhubarb,

  2. 2 cups cup cup 3 cup caster

  3. 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour,cup almond cup

  1. Place rhubarb in pan with the raspberries, water and sugar.

  2. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

  3. Beat eggs and caster sugar in a bowl until fluffy.

  4. Fold in the flour and almond meal.

  5. Add the milk.

  6. Pour fruit mixture into a pie plate and top evenly with batter.

  7. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

  8. Dust with icing sugar.
