  1. 2 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic and herb dressing

  2. 100 grams Black eye beans

  3. 1 Medium red chilli

  4. 4 Chinese lettuce leaves

  5. 100 grams Chickpeas

  6. 100 grams Flageolet beans

  7. 1/2 Tablespoon Chives Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preparation : 1. Heat the dressing in a wok over a medium heat. Add the beans and chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the majority of the liquid has evaporated.

  2. Season to taste, and add chives.

  3. Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves and serve.
