Jan Turner's Meatloaf ¼

    1. 1/4 lb each: ground pork , lamb, beef

    2. 1/2 cup ketchup

    3. 3 tbsp. soy sauce

    4. 1 chopped onion

    5. 3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

    6. 1 egg

    7. 1/2 cup break crumbs

    8. 1/2 cup chopped parsley

    9. 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix

    1. Combine all ingredients and fit into meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Save the juices as it cooks, pouring them off into container to use later for gravy.
