  3. 28 oz 795g Tomatoes - canned

  4. 3 Carrots - sliced

  5. 3 Green onions - chopped

  6. 1 Onion - chopped (large)

  7. 1 Celery stalk - sliced

  8. 30 Garlic - chopped

  9. 1 Bay leaf

  10. 3 Knackwurst sausages - sliced

  11. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Parsley; fresh - chopped

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried basil

  14. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried thyme

  1. Recipe Instructions In 12-cup casserole, combine stock, rice, tomatoes, carrots, green and large onions, celery, garlic and bay leaf. Cover and microwave at High for 10 minutes or until boiling; stir. Cover and microwave at Medium (50%) for 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in sausages, parsley, oregano, basil and thyme; let stand, covered, for 15 minutes. Discard bay leaf.
