    1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated lemon peel

    2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh basil

    3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh thyme

    4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Snipped fresh chives

    5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Capers - chopped

    6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon juice

    7. 1/2 cup 118ml Extra-virgin olive oil

    1. In large shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.

    2. Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.

    3. If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
