  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Red potatoes - cut into 1/2 in wedges

  2. 1 Frozen mixed vegetables

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Mayonnaise or salad dressing

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Sour cream

  5. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Green onions - sliced

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 3 cups 438g / 15oz Cooked ham (about 1 lb) - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender (don't overcook). Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  3. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes, vegetables and ham. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
