  1. Ingredients : 1 1/2 cups warm water (110F) 3 teaspoons yeast 3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups All-purpose flour Olive oil/cooking spray Toppings and sauce of choice. (I used a roasted garlic pasta sauce from Sonoma Gourmet and for the toppings I used mushrooms, green onions, turkey pepperoni and Italian blend cheese)
