  1. 12 Fresh garlic - minced

  2. 1 Green onions - minced

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Italian seasoning

  7. 1 cup 237ml Dry white wine

  8. 1 cup 237ml Clam juice

  9. 1 cup 237ml Water

  10. 24 Cherrystone clams - cleaned

  1. Recipe Instructions In large skillet, saute garlic and onion in butter and oil for 1 minute. Add parsley and seasoning. Add wine, clam juice and water and cook 2 minutes. Now add clams and cook covered until clams open, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve in bowls.
