  1. 10 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers , finely crushed

  2. 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

  3. 3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves

  4. 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)

  5. 2 Tbsp. oil

  6. 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (green pepper strips, match-like carrot sticks, broccoli florets and sliced zucchini), cooked

  7. 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

  1. MIX crumbs, cheese and basil on plate. Rinse chicken with cold water; gently shake off excess. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each piece; set aside.

  2. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides and cooked through (165°F).

  3. MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing as directed on package. Serve with the chicken and vegetables.
