  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Freshly grated parmesan cheese

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Heaping - finely chopped fresh

  3. 1 Parsley

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh - oregano or marjoram

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh ground pepper

  7. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Chicken wings cut up

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter melted

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Mix cheese, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper together and place on a dry tray. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter, then roll in the cheese mixture, coating well.

  2. Place on a greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes, turning when brown. Wings will freeze well.

  4. Thaw in refrigerator, and heat in a 375F oven.

  5. Makes 4 main course or 8 appetizer servings.
